The Company's Heritage
The story of our expertise began in 1954 with the creation of the Celbert flour mill. For decades, this family business forged a milling expertise recognized throughout the region.
After the sale of the Celbert group in 2008, a new chapter began. It was in 2010 that the Moulin de la Courbe was officially born, with a clear ambition: to specialize exclusively in the production and marketing of buckwheat flours and their derivatives.

The Future of Buckwheat
Today, we combine classic milling techniques with new technologies to develop customized flours, meeting the needs for creating new products.
This dynamic accelerated in 2015 with the development of our organic and guaranteed gluten-free flours, then in 2017 with the creation of new buckwheat-based products. An evolution that is in line with the respect of plant productions and a strong vision of sustainable development.
