The Gluten-Free Option
All our buckwheat ranges can be produced with or without the Gluten-Free guarantee. If the received grains meet our strict criteria after analysis, they enter a specific processing circuit. A request that we fulfill mainly on our Green Range (Organic France / EU).

Conventional France
Conventional buckwheat flour from France. A true reflection of the richness of the French terroir, it is carefully milled at the Moulin de la Courbe. It offers perfect technical regularity, meeting the strict requirements of industrial manufacturers and crêperies.

Conventional Europe
Conventional buckwheat flour made from European grains, mainly from Eastern European countries. Rigorously selected and processed in our mill, this range guarantees optimal reliability and an excellent quality-price ratio.

Organic
Certified organic buckwheat flour, meeting the strictest standards of environmentally friendly agriculture. Available in France or EU origin according to your needs and production volumes.
PGI Tradition Brittany
Buckwheat flour from Brittany® PGI. An exceptional product exclusively from seeds grown, harvested and milled in Brittany, supporting short supply chains and the local terroir.
Wheat Flour
To complete our offer, we also provide a high-quality wheat flour, available for trading sales directly at the Moulin de la Courbe.
